Turbo is not allowed
Video proof is required for all runs submitted
- All videos must have a timer displayed on screen
- Videos that are locked behind a paywall are not allowed
The use of the English translation patch by Crimson Nocturnal and co. is allowed
Emulator is allowed
- All enhancements that may be available in the emulator is not allowed
- You must show the complete emulator window in your video

- Soft and hard resets are allowed

- You must defeat Arsenal in its ultimate form
