I got my second Romancing SaGa 3 Any% NMG PB! 2:21:18!!!

FINALLY! AFTER 5 WEEKS OF PAIN AND TORTURE AND ENDLESS RESETS, I FINALLY PULLED IT TOGETHER! This run was alright, but I threw away maybe 20-25 min to a mixture of bad dodging, messing up equips, and messing up fights. If I had a nearly reset-less run and go first try fights, I could get an easy sub-2 hour time. I’ll try to push for it, but from now on, I’m going to just prepare for the 3rd Romancing SaGa Ekiden Relay.

Speaking of, I’m on Team A and competing against linda_nushi of Team B (currently 4th place overall) and kenta_marukyu of Team C as the first leg of the full series relay. I will be running on November 20th at roughly 8 pm PST, so don’t miss it! It’ll be streamed at twitch.tv/saga_streaming.

I’m hosting an Emelia speedrun tournament!

Anyone is free to enter, so long as either a) you already have a personal best in the category, or b) you will get a personal best before the competition. It will take place during a weekend in January, but the date hasn’t been set in stone yet as I want to make sure almost everyone is available the day of the event. If you happen to not be available when the tournament is being hosted, you can arrange to have your race be pre-recorded and the commentator(s) will react to it live on stream. Registration closes on December 20th at 11:59 pm PST. I’ll message each runner if they got in the day registration closes, then I’ll make a formal announcement about a week after. I completed my first Emelia run – 28:41!!!

I DID IT!!! FIRST RUN OUTSIDE OF JAPAN TO USE RNG MANIP! I’m happy and mad cuz this would have been a new world record if my PS2 didn’t freeze so much from getting too hot. I’m still super happy with this run regardless, cuz my gameplay was really good. Here’s the run:

I am now the first person outside of Japan to achieve RNG Manipulation in the Diva fight RTA!!!

YOOOOOOO I DID IT! I’ve been grinding this out and learning it for at least four days now and I finally did it showing it off to my brother. I’m super happy that this is actually possible.
